Lost Voices of Theresienstadt Concert Featuring Members of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra

A performance journey exploring pieces composed by musicians interned at concentration camps, by survivors, and by those compelled to make sure the tragedies and lessons of the Holocaust are never forgotten.  Pieces performed will include Remembrances (Theme from Schindler’s List) and a number of selections from I Never Saw Another Butterfly. Featured artists: Frank Almond, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Concert Master, Ilana Setapan, MSO violinist, Nathan Hackett, MSO violist, Adrien Zitoun, MSO cellist, Todd Levy, MSO principal clarinetist, Susanna Phillips, Metropolitan Opera and Lyric Opera soprano, and Jeannie Yu, Milwaukee pianist.

This program has been developed with and is co-sponsored by the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and will be held at Chai Point’s Rubenstein Pavilion, located at 1400 N. Prospect Avenue.
